Должностные обязанности
The role primarily supports General Director, Business Development, Project Management and Commercial Management in extracting profit through risk management and achieving optimal cost structures through the provision of accurate and timely financial information. The position also supports the development of value added solutions through identifying financing alternatives. * Responsible for advance level of financial and business planning, financial analysis and reporting, financial resourcing, risk assessment and day-to-day financial support to Corporate Finance team. * Report and advise BU General Director, Commercial Director and Regional Management on budgeting and business planning, financial analysis (cash flow, rate of return, sales and turnover, working capital and overheads, etc). * Prepare & enhance management reports to support Business Development decision making; ensure the business support structure remains relevant to and assists the business. * Monitor financial performance of projects and report their performance (anticipated revenue, costs and GPM); support GM and CD in assessing and managing project risks and assist during conversion process. * Develop and adhere to accounting systems and policies to enable an efficient and effective business support process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Work closely with the BU leadership team and the CEE Management Team in delivering the business unit objectives, · Manage/liaison with accounting department of the Company · Control treasury, ensuring the appropriate financing of the company, · Liaise with headquarters regarding inter-company cost recharge rules, · Review contracts with Clients and suppliers from financial/tax standpoint and take a part in negotiations, · Develop and implement tax optimization strategy, · Continue Oracle implementation and development of business processes for information interchange between Oracle and local accounting system, · Assist in legal/registration issues relating the company, · Supervise debtors control procedures · Develop and enforce internal financial controls · Support the Chief Accountant in managing the Russian tax relationship · Prepare monthly, half year and year end reports to Corporate HQ, in compliance with IFRS · Provide input into budgets and corporate plans · Ensure that cost data is accurate and usable for management purposes, · Together with Country Commercial Director prepare of the Russian BU Financial Reports, · Assist Country Commercial Director in Russian BU forecasting process

Требования к квалификации
Successful candidate should have the following skills at the minimum · Degree from an accredited university in Accounting/Finance or Economics · Work experience in international company in RF or abroad · Hands-on experience in management reporting · Transformation RF accounting into IFRS · Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, multi-task · English - fluent (writing, readying and verbal communication, phone-conferencing) · RF accounting principles and 1S 8 software
